PE Exam tips for test day are almost as important as the study prep tips you get before the exam. Why?
It’s important that you walk into the PE exam with confidence–it’s one of the the biggest professional moments of your life.
The physiological response that happens to you on test day, like sweaty palms, weak knees, elevated heart rate, is totally normal—your body is working FOR YOU to meet a tough challenge. But you need to be aware of the negative affects of adrenaline on your body, too, in order to combat them on test day.
The “formula” for calming text anxiety is Preparation + Trust = Confidence. If you put in the hard work, you need to trust that you have done all you can to PASS. You can’t go into the exam constantly second-guessing yourself. This is one of the most important PE Exam tips for test day that I can give you.
I’ll also let you in on a few more PE exam tips for the big day in my Quick Tips video below. It’s one power-punched episode designed to help you walk into the PE with confidence. I’ll discuss:
- Proper nutrition
- Time management
- Strategies around guessing
