The physiological response is totally normal—your body is working FOR YOU to meet a tough challenge. But because of adrenaline’s effect on you, there are things you should do BEFORE test day to walk into the PE exam WITH CONFIDENCE.
Preparation + Trust= Confidence. This “formula” is the underlying foundation for calming text anxiety. If you put in the hard work, you need to trust that you have done all you can to PASS.
