Sweaty palms, weak knees, elevated heart rate? These are all signs that your adrenaline is pumping because you’re about to walk into one of the the biggest professional moments of your life–the civil PE exam.
The physiological response is totally normal—your body is working FOR YOU to meet a tough challenge. But because of adrenaline’s effect on you, there are things you should do BEFORE test day to walk into the PE exam WITH CONFIDENCE.
Preparation + Trust= Confidence. This “formula” is the underlying foundation for calming text anxiety. If you put in the hard work, you need to trust that you have done all you can to PASS.
