KiwiCo - KiwiCo creates awesome crates that teach anyone at any age STEM topics. If you haven't checked these crates out you should. I've ordered these for my own kids and built some cool stuff with them. Check them out and give a few crates a try. Crates include multiple activities and things to build including a nice story book to cement the concepts.
Structural Engineering Basics - Noah and Mostafa take the challenging topic of structural engineering and teach everyone the basics of structural engineering design. They created a course to take people by the had to learn about loads, drawings, elements, and more. Both are professional engineers with a TON of experience. Beyond CAD - If you ever need to design real environments BEYOND CAD should be your go to software to model any live environments. Simply dump in your designs, polish it up, and you have a life-like model displaying what your designs will really look like in the real world. Shingle It - Working remote is here to stay. If you've ever wanted to do side work in engineering or even make that side work full time work you will want to make sure to checkout shingle it.
